On August 5th, Zhongke Meiling initiated an impressive nationwide activity, dubbed “Thunder Action.” This initiative focuses on conducting thorough inspections and offering maintenance and repair services for cryogenic storage equipment, thereby enhancing user experience and addressing their needs and problems directly in the field . The event will be held in 100 cities, and it has received widespread praise from many users so far.

A Commitment to "Walking into the End User"

Zhongke Meiling has always adhered to the principles of technology-based, product-based, market-oriented, and user-centered, and has long insisted on independent innovation, focusing on the field of customized system solutions for life sciences and focusing on user scenario needs.

To further enhance user satisfaction, "walking into the end user" plays a crucial role in the Thunder Action activity. The technical experts from Zhongke Meiling are not only offering on-site equipment maintenance and repair but are also available for technical consulting. By gathering feedback and insights from users during these activities, the company can continue to refine its products and services, thereby ensuring they meet the evolving demands of laboratory environments.

The equipment maintenance and repair activities are not only include Zhongke Meiling all -round series products, like Meiling ultra-low temperature refrigerator, pharmacy refrigerator, and blood bank refrigerator,ect, but also other brand products. During these visits, we provide free inspections of various systems, including refrigeration units, compressor operation and cooling systems. Our maintenance tasks include evaluation of built-in battery performance, internal circuit aging maintenance. And the cleaning services such as seal replacement, filter cleaning, condenser maintenance, interior defrosting, exterior box cleaning and wheel alignment adjustment. As of August 27th, our dedicated team has visited five end-user respectively and completed maintenance on a total of 234 devices. 

Overseas Marketing Department are in Action

This concerted effort to “get closer to the end-users and listen to their needs” reflects our commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring that all equipment operates at optimal levels. By implementing these equipment maintenance and repair activities, we not only support our products but also build a more robust relationship with our customers. 

The overseas marketing center will set to adopt the successful Domestic Marketing strategies and experience. In September, we will start equipment maintenance and technical guidance activities in Dubai led by the Middle East and Africa team.
