Zhongke Meiling Cryogenics Co., Ltd. (835892) will go public at Beijing Stock Exchange(BSE) on October 18th, 2022. Before the over allotment option, Zhongke Meiling's initial public offering is 24,180,000 shares, issue value of 16 yuan/share with 24.79 times’ issue price earnings ratio. The total amount of raised capital is 387 million yuan.

Founded in 2002, Zhongke Meiling Cryogenics Co., Ltd, was jointly funded by Changhong Meiling Co., Ltd. and the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry CAS. At the core of biomedical low-temperature storage equipment’s research and development, production and service, Zhongke Meiling focuses on life science and smart cold chain business committed to providing users with low-temperature storage refrigerators, liquid nitrogen biological containers, medical clean benches, biological safety cabinets and centrifuges. In 2021, the performance of Zhongke Meiling Cryogenics Co., Ltd. has achieved rapid growth with a 25% revenue up and 58.47% net profit up year on year.
